This end-of-summer festival hosted in Virginia beach features wine tastings, a world-class sandcastle competition, numerous athletic competitions, an open-air art show along the Boardwalk, an air show, and the famous Neptune Parade. It has been ranked among the top 10 festivals in the Southeast by the Southeast Tourism Association and it is one of the American Bus Association's top 100 festivals in the country.
