CRUSA Overseas Sales Missions - FY12

Join CRUSA on the following schedule of sales missions and sell your destination or product directly to our most important travel trade and media contacts. Missions include a combination of personal sales calls, training sessions and professionally organized client events led by CRUSA’s sales and public relations representatives in each market. Sales leads will be distributed to participants after each mission.  Participation is limited.

Florida Receptive Operators Mission – SOLD OUT

December 12-16, 2011

Meet with the key receptive tour operators in Orlando and Miami that work directly with overseas tour operators in Latin America and Europe to plan the incoming land arrangements for overseas leisure and incentive travelers to the USA and CRUSA.  Sales calls and receptions will be arranged in both cities.

Primary Audience:  Receptive Tour Operators

Cost:  $2,500 + travel expenses

Brazil Sales Mission - SOLD OUT

March 25-28, 2012

This two-day mission combines sales calls, a CRUSA educational seminar and a supplier/buyer workshop targeting up to 150 Brazilian tour wholesalers and retailers from the São Paulo region.  Partners will also participate in a media breakfast with approximately 20 trade and consumer media outlets.

Primary Audience:  Tour wholesalers & retail agents

Secondary Audience:  Consumer and trade media

Cost:  $2,500 + travel expenses

German Sales Mission - SOLD OUT

February 19-24, 2012

This mission focuses on sales calls and training sessions with the top German tour operators to the USA in Frankfurt, Hannover and Düsseldorf.  Dinners for regional consumer and trade media will take place in Hannover and Frankfurt.

Mexico Sales Mission

March 11-14, 2012

This mission will focus on in-house training sessions for tour operators and travel agents and sales calls with the major tour operator product managers.  VIP events will also be organized for key trade and media clients.

United Kingdom Media Mission - SOLD OUT

March 13-18, 2012

Sales calls will be conducted to major print, broadcast and online media outlets in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Manchester, concluding with an exclusive CRUSA VIP event aboard the Orient Express Northern Belle for media contacts and product managers from major tour operators in the United Kingdom.
